Buy for $5

Secure checkout by Stripe. Already bought it? Get your download again.

How it works

1. Buy

Click Buy for $5 and pay with Stripe (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Use an email address you can access: your licence key and download link are sent there.

2. Download

Right after payment you're taken to a page showing your licence key and a Download button. The same key and link are emailed to you from support@ittle.co. Download links are personal: they expire after 7 days or 5 downloads. After that, request a new link with your licence key; it's emailed to the purchase address.

3. Install

Automatic (recommended): your thank-you page and email include a one-line command with your key filled in. Run it on the server where FreeScout is installed:

curl -fsSL https://store.ittle.co/install.sh -o passkeys-install.sh && sudo bash passkeys-install.sh YOUR-KEY

It finds FreeScout (regular install or Docker container), shows what it found and asks before changing anything, then installs the module, enables it and activates your licence. Run it again later to update. View the script.

Manual:

  1. Unzip Passkeys-x.x.x.zip into your FreeScout Modules folder. The folder must be named Passkeys.
    Standard install: /var/www/html/Modules/Passkeys. Docker images (tiredofit/nfrastack): /data/Modules/Passkeys.
  2. Make the files readable by the web server, e.g. chown -R www-data:www-data Passkeys (nginx:www-data in the Docker images).
  3. In FreeScout go to Manage → Modules and click Activate on Passkeys.

4. Activate your licence

The automatic installer does this for you.

  1. As an administrator, open your profile (top right) → Passkeys.
  2. Paste your licence key (PK-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) and click Activate.

The key activates the FreeScout domain from your APP_URL (e.g. help.example.com).

5. Add a passkey and sign in

  1. On the same Passkeys page, enter a name (e.g. "MacBook") and your current password, then click Add passkey.
  2. Approve with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, your phone, or a security key such as a YubiKey (it will ask for its PIN).
  3. Sign out, then click Sign in with a passkey on the login page.

Each team member adds their own passkeys from their profile. Password login keeps working as before.

Questions

Moving to another site or domain? On the old site, click Deactivate on the Passkeys page, then activate the key on the new one.

Will my login break if your server is down? No. After activation the module works offline; it only re-checks the licence occasionally. Password login is never affected.

Is the source code included? Yes, under AGPL-3.0.
